With more years than she wants to discuss caring for outdoor (and indoor!) cats, Anna decided it was long past time to get official about it. She created Cuddly to help the outdoor cats and the caretakers who give their time, money and hearts to reducing the outdoor cat population and meeting the needs of those cats who cannot convert to Indoorism.
Vice President: Mike Pecucci
The owner of Lulu’s Kitty Care, Mike has had and cared for cats his entire life. After years in the proper grind of a 9 to 5-ish job, he found his calling with Lulu’s, eventually buying the company. He’s joined the Cuddly team out of his care for all cats. With him comes decades of invaluable cat-whisperer knowledge.
Treasurer/Secretary: Julian Palazon
Julian grew up with far more animals than most sane people have and he loves them all. His math and accounting skills make him a useful guy to have around but it’s his willingness to let entire litters of kittens sleep on top of him that makes him very Cuddly material
Director: Cindy Camacho
Cindy is quite possibly the busiest woman on the planet, but she makes time to care for her own cats and squeeze in a little fostering when possible. How she then manages to find time to give input to Cuddly is hard to fathom, but she’s there every time she (or just a dose of common sense!) is needed.
Director: Gina Loukareas
Gina brings a little East Coast sensibility to Cuddly, as well as her experience in the non-profit sector. Currently bereft of cat companions, Gina isn’t able to explain how she’s managing to survive this lack. Putting in time for the cats of Chicago is, no doubt, a part of that. AND how she keeps herself connected to her one-time home-away-from-home.
